Drew Perrott will train you at Stoke Place, with over 15 years' experience which includes many high profile London clients, Drew recognizes that every client is different, and he knows that every individual needs a specifically tailored program to achieve their goals. Together you make it work. You make the first step - get in touch. Drew will then talk through your ambitions for yourself, your fitness and also some of the limitations of your lifestyle that you feel might have held you back so far. A bespoke program will then be tailored around you, no matter how long your length of stay is at Stoke Place ….

Personal Training with Drew Perrott is carried out in our state of the art gym
located in the old stable block, or outdoors around the 26 acres of gardens designed by Capability Brown. Open to residents and non-residents, training with Drew will allow you to integrate a wide range of training styles and techniques to maintain a high level of interest, making sure the body does not become accustomed to one form of training, opening you up to the many components of fitness development. This will enable you not just to become more toned, fitter and stronger but also more supple and stable in posture.

The more notice Drew has, the more likely he will be able to train you so please plan as far in advance as possible. For non-residents training with Drew, please note we do not have showers in the gym.
