A menu created by award winning chef, Craig van der Meer to showcase his favourite dishes and techniques.
Wines will be paired that best suit the dishes, and will vary from Country, style etc to best partner the food.
We are very much looking forward to next month where hopefully the lovely terrace and tables by the lake will be in use much more - all to be enjoyed with The Garden Room Restaurant's monthly seasonal set lunch menu.
