Chef’s Showcase

Chef's Showcase on Friday 28th September 2012

A menu created by award winning chef, Craig van der Meer, to showcase his favourite dishes and techniques. Each dish will be paired with a fantastic wine which will vary between countries, styles, grapes and so on. Event starts at 7pm with carriages at 11pm.
