With our unprecedented warm weather, English produce is feeling a little bit confused. Stoke Place's Garden Room Restaurant's new winter menu was launched two weeks ago, packed with inventive winter classics, served with a delicate twist.
Eat like a chef? After much deliberation, Head Chef Craig van der Meer has decided upon the wild sea bass followed by venison with the chocolate and tonka bean ganache for desert as his ideal menu.
