All of our properties remain open and we are operating as usual. We want to reassure you the safety of our guests and teams is our top priority and we are keeping a close eye on all new updates regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Our focus during these unprecedented times is to ensure the health and welfare of our customers and employees.
We are monitoring the situation closely and are following measures in-line with the advice from the World Health Organization and the UK Government.
We are doing everything possible to ensure your safety while visiting any of our properties and have made our cleaning protocols even more stringent. Our teams are taking all necessary preventative measures and we will continue to ensure the highest levels of hygiene standards are maintained across all of our venues.
We have introduced detailed Coronavirus guidance to all of our employees, which is being updated on a regular basis as more information is provided.
We understand these are unusual times and encourage customers that may need to change their travel arrangements to talk to us.
We are committed to offering flexibility to all of our customers who have booked with us – please contact the relevant venue team to understand your options for any upcoming reservations.
Please note, all new advanced purchase & pre-paid reservations booked from 17th March 2020 for any future arrival date will be liable for charge. Should you wish to maintain the right to cancel free of charge then we strongly recommend booking one of our “best flexible” rates.
