Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and available until 12pm, subject to availability. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.

Availability & Deposit: Bookings depend on availability and require a non-refundable £25.00 per person deposit. Once paid, a receipt will be sent as confirmation. Final Payment & Menu Orders: Final balances, menu pre-orders, and drink package orders are due six weeks before the event. If no menu choices are received by then, the hotel will make the selections. Confirmation: To confirm, we will need the signed contract along with the deposit amount. Without this, your event is not confirmed and contracted. Cancellations: If the number of guests decreases within six weeks of the event, full cancellation charges will apply. Coat Rail: Coat rails will be available, but items left on them are at the party’s own risk. Alcohol & Novelties: No outside alcohol or novelties (like silly string) are allowed. Smoking Policy: The venue is strictly non-smoking. Menu Allergies & Fish Bones: The hotel cannot guarantee that menu items are free from nuts or that fish is entirely bone-free.
